Owned end-to-end UX design for complex, information-dense digital products, from discovery and problem framing through user flows, feature definition, and interactive prototypes

Led user research and field interviews to shape product decisions and validate design throughout the process

Worked closely with the design system team, proposing new components, flagging inconsistencies, and ensuring all work aligns with system patterns and scalability principles

Collaborated with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, present design decisions, and ensure the final implementation stayed true to the design intent
